Refund policy
We want you to love everything you order from From Sand to Sea. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
- To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- With original tags (if applicable).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
Exchanges
- We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items, gift cards, and customized items are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at fromsandtosea@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
- Pack your item(s) securely and ship them back to us.
